Treating in Inverleigh & Colac

Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient system of living that teaches us to align with the seasons, the land, and our own nature. Rooted in food, ritual, and daily practices, it supports both body and mind. At Rituals Ayurveda, this wisdom flows into every consultation, workshop, and offering. Whether you’re beginning or deepening your practice, you’ll be guided to connect with traditions that cultivate balance, clarity, and resilience.

Meet the Practitioner

Shaun Petty is a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner, wholefood chef, yoga instructor, and meditation teacher. Over the past 15 years he has shared his passion for food, organics, and biodynamics through projects including Sonny Wholefoods and The Sprout and the Bean.

His path has been shaped by extensive study in India and Australia, exploring Ayurveda, yoga, and spirituality. This blend of traditional wisdom and lived practice allows him to offer grounded, accessible guidance; meeting people where they are and helping them weave ritual, diet, movement, and breath into daily life.

Shaun’s approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, supporting each person to find their own rhythm of health and balance.
